Resident Maintenance Request
Maintenance Requests submitted online are only received during normal business hours. For example, if you submit a Maintenance Request on a Friday night it will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday, if Monday falls on a holiday.
If this is an maintenance emergency, please call our office directly at (508) 222-1220. For fire emergency, call 911 and then contact us at (508) 222-1220, dial 0 and wait for the on call operator to page the on call manager.
Use this form to submit your maintenance concern regarding a common area. Common areas are generally considered to be anything outside of your unit.
Maintenance concerns, including all leaks, that involve the interior of your home will require an appointment to be scheduled. Please contact the office directly during normal business hours or provide a phone number to reach you to schedule the appointment.
