As a full-service property management firm, Lorell Management Corporation employs a team approach for community associations. One of Lorell’s managers is assigned as the primary manager for your association, and the other Lorell personnel become familiar with your property. Should the primary manager be unavailable, these other experienced staff are available to help you. In this way, the combined expertise and experience of the Lorell staff ensures continuity of service to your community.
R. Jay Hornung, Jr., CMCA, Vice President, Senior Property Manager
A property manager and experienced construction supervisor, Jay is responsible for general property management, as well as developing operating and maintenance budgets. He oversees coordination of client accounts, maintenance services, property inspections and vendor contracts.
Jenn Morrison, Vice President, Senior Property Manager
Jenn’s 24 plus years of property management and 10 years of commercial insurance experience provides a vast level of expertise that benefits all of our clients. As a property manager, she oversees all aspects of the condominiums in her portfolio, while ensuring all of our clients’ insurance needs and requirements are addressed.
Our Other Staff Specialists
In addition to our professional managers, Lorell Management employs an office staff of four who handle your customer service and financial concerns. A crew of three highly trained handymen perform onsite property inspections, maintenance and repairs. A summer crew of certified pool attendants and light maintenance workers assist the property managers and handymen.
